"Because the software is free, does this mean the software is of a low
standard?"
Absolutely not. Agency Manager has been developed by experts in conjunction
with Estate Agents to ensure that it is not only reliable but also does exactly
what you want it to do. We will be keeping it up-to-date and introducing new
features at regular intervals, we envisage an application that is at least as
good as any other on the market BUT are striving for an Application that exceeds
any competitor's product. The best proof, however, is by testing it yourself -
download it now, if you don't like it - uninstall it.

software on comparable levels with others currently available. For illustrative

"Are you a registered charity? How do you make any money?"
We have looked at the Price Model of software that is
currently available in this market, and have drawn one major conclusion; the
software is too expensive for ordinary, independent Estate Agents. We therefore
believe that getting the software to the users is the main aim for Agency
Manager. Having looked at our price structure, we believe that we can maintain
this Application through Support Subscriptions.
The Support Package includes a fully trained help-desk
available at the end of the phone PLUS all future upgrades available free of
charge. We really do have some exciting future releases planned - including
Multi Branch Synchronisation, Full Lettings Management System, One-Click
Uploading to Property Portals and Fully integrated Financial Systems - however,
these are only available if you have a Support Contract.
The Support Contract is currently available for
just over £1
a day. This is how we hope to be able to sustain ourselves. By subscribing to
the support contract, you are sure to keep the
software FREE and to enable us to keep the software up-to-date.
"Will the price increase rapidly in year 2 and 3 and get
progressively higher and higher?"
Absolutely not. We are
committed to keeping prices at this kind of level for as long as we can. This is the fifth consecutive year that the price has remained
unchanged at £34.95 per month.
